VGA Planets (VGAP) is a multi-player, play by e-mail strategy game of universal conquest. Players build economies, explore space, build fleets and wage war against other players. The game is based on races from popular science fiction TV shows and movies, including Star Trek, Star Wars and Battle Star Galactica. VGA Planets is a copyright product of Tim Wisseman.

The current shareware versions of VGA Planets are:

Currently, host version 3.22.26 is being used.
Game 1, is using RACEPLUS, STARBASE PLUS, & SPHERE. TRN files are on due daily for the first 50 turns, then on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. This is a basic setup with a xyplan file that is in a circle. Normal Config & Normal Minerals.

Winning Conditions:

All other Races must be destroyed before any winner can be proclaimed!!!
Game 2, has RACEPLUS & STARBASE PLUS. Turn files are due on Daily for the first 50 turns, then Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday. This is a Ashes Scenerio setup. Feds are the large empire with more than 140 planets. Normal Config & Normal Minerals.
Winning Conditions:

The Fed must be destroyed.

WINPLAN users, be sure to get the BMP Add-on files.

If you have a email package that can send Bin-Hex, Mime, or Uuencoded files, send me a test file to see if I can receive your file ok to czp@srv.net. Any of these should work, although the use of Bin-Hex & Mime (Used with Eudora) is perferred.
